§1  WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

If you use the website simply for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register yourself or send us any information, we collect only the personal data which your browser sends to our server.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about Emma, we may collect your friend's Personal Information, such as name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to purchase an Emma product. We store your friend’s information to send this email and to track the success of our referral program.
