Do not beat or vacuum the blanket as this may cause down to protrude through the fabric
Air the blanket regularly. Avoid direct sunlight and damp conditions (rain and fog)
Lightly shake the blanket daily to enable the down to naturally reshape
Lightly brush the fabric with a soft brush if needed
Please wash it below 60℃ in a washing machine with a capacity of more than 7 kg or hand wash (use down/wool detergent). After washing, Emma® Down Duvet has to be dried at 50℃. To ensure the quality of the product, a professional dry cleaning is recommended.

1. Why are there so many black spots on the duvet?
Emma® Down Duvet is made of 100% natural feathers and down. Grey feathers or black feathers are unavoidable when picking feathers. Besides, we strive for providing a premium duvet which is risk-free to your skin. No additional chemical detergent or bleaching agent is used while washing the feathers and down. Therefore, it is normal that dark spots are seen on the surface of duvets.
2. Why does the duvet stink a bit after washing it without drying it?
Due to the natural down feathers and down, the material will degrade in a dark and humid environment. The duvets need to be dried after washing it. Taking the duvet to a professional laundry is recommended.
3. Why are there so many winkles after unpacking the package?
It is the result of using smaller and more compact packaging. By using smaller package boxes, we are creating less waste and have less negative impact on our environment.
