Please wash it below 60℃ in a washing machine with a capacity of more than 7 kg or hand wash. After washing, Emma® Down Pillow has to be dried at 50℃. To ensure the quality of the product, it is recommended to send the pillow to a professional laundry for cleaning. You can use special detergent specifically for down or wool.

1. Why are there so many black spots on the pillow?

-- Emma® Down Pillow is made of 100% natural feathers and down. Grey feathers or black feathers are totally natural. As no additional chemical detergent or bleaching agent is used while washing the feathers and down, it is normal that dark spots are seen on the surface of pillows.

2. Why does the pillow stink after washing it without drying it?

-- Due to the natural of natural down feathers, the material will degrade in a dark and humid environment. The pillows need to be dried after washing. It is recommended to dry clean the down pillow.

3. Where are there so many winkles after unpacking the package?

-- It is the result of using smaller and more compact packaging. By using smaller package boxes, we are creating less waste and have less negative impact on our environment.
