Every online order at Emma is eligible for free delivery and return within Hong Kong. Next-day delivery only applies to orders placed before 12 pm (between Monday to Thursday). Please note that orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will be delivered next Tuesday.
1. Do I have to use the Emma mattress for this, or would another mattress be okay?
You can use any mattress or topper if you’re after the box spring effect. But for the best sleeping experience and all-around support, we recommend Emma mattresses.
2. Would any tools come with the bed?
Yes, we do include the tools and brochure you need with your delivery. We highly recommend you to watch our Easy Assembly video above which should help.
